2 November 2009. The Informal Working Group on Interim Finance for REDD+ (IWG-IFR) has published a report that highlights the key elements of a simple, effective, efficient, and equitable mechanism that could be set up on REDD+ by the end of the first quarter of 2010, based on the agreed outcome of COP 15 in Copenhagen.
