Vibrating

In this method, builders use a vibrator to combine piling elements in a harmonious longitudinal oscillation. The vibrator’s weight coupled with that of the crowd system drive the pile into or out of the ground.

High-frequency vibrators have minimal vibration and noise levels so that you can use them near sensitive buildings.

Impact Driving

This process dynamically installs piling elements. A hydraulic hammer on a piling rig is used to impact the piling component with a ram mass. Some hydraulic hammers have very high dynamic forces enabling their use for long and large piling elements.

The above methods all require different high-cost machines and expertise to work perfectly. You should know that anything less than perfection when it comes to pile driving significantly compromises your construction’s integrity.
